A whole new crop of tea cups are now available at both of Isso San Francisco’s two locations. Vist either the Noe Valley store (24th St. east of Church) or the Mission Dolores store (19th between Guerrero & Dolores).
A quick view of what's on offer at Isso San Francisco
The stores also have a great mix of reclaimed vintage and original designs. They do an amazing job of redesigning great vintage patterns of all kinds and super cute designs of their own and they’re always coming out with more. They also carry great clothes from She-bible and other local designers. Support your local business!

Thanks to all who participated!!! Looking forward to next year.
In the midst of interviewing for a new job I had some extra time to work on some interesting tea cup/succulent match-ups. Flora Grubb Gardens is selling those succulent tea cups now. A post went up about them in Apartment Therapy the next day. Thanks, Susie Nadler!!

I’m off to Honduras for a week of diving. So, so excited. When I return, look forward to a new line of earrings and other jewelry. Also, look for more tea cups.
Thanks for all the great comments on the post. My favorite is the descriptor of “succulent porn”. Somone clearly gets me.
We’re in Room 5B of the convention center prepping right now. Come on over!

Hello and welcome!! At long, long last I am finally launching my newest venture.
My jewelry is up at http://thecatbirdnest.etsy.com. Check it out. More items will be in the coming months. Pretty, pretty items. Just in time for mother’s day!
The Catbird Nest is a labor of love I’ve been working on many moons. After many years of honing my eye for design, style and beauty I finally feel confident and excited about what I have to put out there. I went through many phases of searching for the right outlet for my thoughts, ideas, and representations of all the things I love. You know, the things that give me that particular feeling of connection and release whatever that chemical is in your brain that makes your body internally say “Wow” or “Aahh” or “Holy crap, that’s the most beautiful thing I’ve seen since the last most beautiful thing I ever saw and I want to look at it forever.”
What is The Catbird Nest?
The Catbird Nest is an online store featuring the jewelry and odd bits I make. Right now, my main material is shrink plastic (yes, like shrinky dinks!). I use a combination of my original photography and found images as the basis for earrings, bracelets, and necklaces. I’ve just opened my store on Etsy. Look for me at http://thecatbirdnest.etsy.com and let me know what you think. I’ll be posting regularly so keeping coming back!
